Air Drying Paper Clay

 
 wpe9.jpg (27151 bytes) Crafts Fun Fair Paper Clay is similar to Das and Model Magic air drying clay.  It is low odour (unlike Das) It dries off white, does not crack, can be painted, sprayed, glued, drilled.   Paperclay modelling clay will give hours of fun (if you have enough of it) to all ages.   When it is dry it firm and solid to touch unlike Model Magic which is spongy and bendy.

This product is supplied wet whereas Papydur Paper Clay below is supplied as a dry powder

This image has been taken from the Activa Paper Clay Web site. You can make most of these products using Paper Clay (obviously not the candles). You can use papier mache for paper sculpting too and as an artist's medium it has great potential for the paper artist.

You can make an alginate moulding and from the mould, make a paper clay casting

Papydur papiermache is made from low cost, recycled paper mediums which mix easily and mold quickly. They can be sanded, sawed, nailed and water proofed. Wet Papydur papier mache paper clay can be added to areas already dried . And any unused mixed Papydur paper clay can be stored for several days in a sealed plastic bag in the refrigerator. Papydur paper clay adheres to almost any surface and can be combined with a variety of materials. Papydur paper craft requires no special tools for working. (simple sculpting tools include plastic knife, fork, stirrer, toothpicks, cookie cutters, etc.)
